What to include

Send the page link, the exact number or sentence you believe is wrong, and the reason. Include a public source link or screenshot when one is available. Do not send passwords, API keys, or full payment details.

What happens next

We compare the report with stored data, source records, and the rules in our methodology. A market price changing after publication is not always an error. A wrong calculation, wrong label, or misleading explanation is.

How we correct a mistake

Small spelling mistakes may be fixed without a note. For a meaningful factual error, we fix the page and add a clear explanation when the original mistake could have changed a reader’s view.

How long review takes

We aim to review complete reports promptly, but some issues require source confirmation. Sending the same report many times will not make the review faster.
